Two fulfilment centres standing on separate ground with empty space between them, joined by a flat road deck, each site working its own loading bays with a delivery van and a forklift.

Different markets Different logistics requirements

Moving stock across borders involves freight, customs, warehousing and local fulfilment. The requirements vary by market, so the operating model adapts to each destination.

  1. Sea and air freight are arranged through forwarding partners according to shipment volume, destination and required transit time.

  2. Customs entries, clearance and supporting documentation are managed as part of the cross-border movement, subject to the requirements of each market.

  3. Delivery expectations differ by market. Stock held locally is worked to the destination's own cut-off times, delivery windows and returns turnaround, not to the norms of the market it shipped from.

  4. Orders are picked, packed and delivered locally through SNT's fulfilment operation or established partners, depending on the local market.

A proven Malaysia–Singapore corridor

A daily shuttle runs between the Malaysian and Singaporean centres, on SNT's own vehicles with SNT's own drivers, in both directions. A transfer between them is an internal movement inside one operation rather than a consignment handed to a third party.
