Omnichannel fulfilment

Discuss fulfilment requirements

What is omnichannel fulfilment?

Omnichannel fulfilment is an order fulfilment process which enables you to fulfil orders to all sales channels through a centralised operating model.

With omnichannel fulfilment, SNT connects all channels so you can sell anywhere, while we fulfil everywhere.

SNT's stock pool, held in five fulfilment centres, at the centre of a sphere. Every party it serves stands on that sphere: Suppliers, Distributors, Online channels, Retailers, Collection points, Customers. Stock moves between the pool and each of them in both directions at once, out to the channel and back into the same pool.SuppliersDistributorsOnline channelsRetailersTransfers between storesCollection pointsPicked up and returned in storeCustomers

More channels More operational complexity

As sales channels expand, so do the operational requirements behind them. Separate stock pools and fulfilment workflows can increase complexity and create additional points of failure. An integrated fulfilment operation keeps inventory, order processing and despatch connected.

  1. Prioritise your sales channels according to your growth plan and we can follow suit operationally.

  2. Retailer orders, wholesale shipments and individual DTC parcels can be fulfilled from a common inventory pool, within the same warehouse operation.

  3. Marketplace orders, DTC parcels, wholesale cartons and retail replenishment each carry different fulfilment requirements. Operation teams must be precise and clear.

  4. Additional marketplaces, retailers and sales channels can be integrated into the existing fulfilment operation without creating separate stock pools or warehouse workflows.

The infrastructure behind the operation

SNT combines connected inventory systems, fulfilment centres, warehouse processes and operational teams to support ecommerce, marketplace, wholesale and retail fulfilment across the network.

  • Packers making up cartons along a roller conveyor, bins of stock racked behind them.
    Order fulfilment

B2B and B2C orders are managed through SNT's proprietary platform.

  • A forklift setting down a wrapped pallet in front of racking stacked several levels high.
    Storage and Warehousing

Whether it's fast turning, long term, or short term storage, we have options to cater to your needs.

  • A line of SnT-liveried box trucks parked at the yard.
    Delivery visibility

Orders are tracked to the door through SNT's eTRAX system, with time-stamped scans and electronic proof of delivery, including consignments moving on third-party courier accounts.

  • An SnT box truck drawn up under the canopy at a loading dock.
    Fulfilment network

Five SNT fulfilment centres across Malaysia and Singapore provide the physical infrastructure for local fulfilment and regional distribution.

  • Two colleagues at a goods-in workstation, one scanning an item beside a monitor and stock bins.
    Returns processing

Returned inventory is processed back through the fulfilment operation, maintaining inventory visibility throughout the stock lifecycle.
